How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Gift wrapping is available at checkout for $5. Your order will arrive in our signature box with a handwritten note card.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter your promo code at checkout in the 'Promo Code' field and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total.
What if an item is out of stock?
You can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on any product page. We'll email you as soon as the item is available again.
Do you price match?
We do not currently offer price matching. However, we regularly run promotions and sales events.
