Returns & Refunds Policy:

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day window to try on your new outfits and return any unwanted items—for free! Follow these steps to start your return:

  1. Generate your return label:

Access your TrendKool account, visit “Order Details,” and create your return label. Click on “Easy Return,” specify the item(s) and reason(s) for return, and confirm your selection. If your order arrived in multiple shipments, generate a return label for each delivery. Please note: We only accept returns with a TrendKool return label. Initiate your return process exclusively from your TrendKool account, not through external payment platforms.

  1. Prepare your items for return:

Securely pack the items listed on your return label. If you’ve created multiple return labels for separate deliveries, package them individually. Ensure the items match the return label(s) for a smooth return process. Once packaged, print your return label and affix it visibly to the outer packaging.

  1. Drop off your package:

Take your return package(s) to the nearest drop-off location of the designated shipping service provider. Keep the receipt provided by the shipping service until your refund is processed.

  1. Return approval and refund:

Upon receiving your return package(s) at our warehouse, we’ll inspect the items. Once approved, we’ll initiate your refund and notify you accordingly.

Note:

TrendyKool does not take title to returned items until they arrive at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, TrendyKool does not take title to the refunded item.

Responsibility:

Returning items are your responsibility until they reach us, so ensure they’re packed properly to prevent damage during transit. Keep proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We’re not liable for items returned to us by mistake. If we locate the items and you want them returned, you may be asked to cover the delivery cost.

Fair Use:

If we detect unusual returns activity, such as suspected wear-and-return behavior or excessive returns, we may deactivate your account and any associated accounts. If you believe this action was in error, please contact Customer Care to discuss.

If your account is deactivated and you need to make a valid return, refer to the account closure email for instructions. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to take legal action if returned items don’t match your order.

Exchange Policy:

We don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

  1. When will my order arrive?

Once your order is in transit, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package’s status via the shipping service provider’s tracking portal. Alternatively, you can log into your Trendyol account, navigate to “Order Details” under “My Orders,” and find the estimated arrival date of your order. Please note that to expedite delivery, we may ship your order in multiple packages on different dates.

  1. Which shipping service provider will deliver my order?

Your order will be dispatched from Turkey using reputable shipping service providers such as UPS, FedEx, DPD, among others. Upon dispatch, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also check the estimated arrival date by accessing “Order Details” under “My Orders” in your Trendkool account. Rest assured, the shipping service provider will not impose any additional VAT or duty charges upon delivery.

  1. Which countries do you ship to?

Returns are complimentary in countries where our shipping service providers offer dedicated drop-off locations. In other countries, you’ll be responsible for the return fee.
