All orders are contingent upon availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll contact you promptly.
Occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or suspend an account (even after confirming the order), e.g., due to unusual activity or order limits. If your account is blocked in error, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
Pricing and Product Description
Occasionally, errors may occur in pricing or product descriptions due to our bustling operations. If we identify an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we’ll promptly inform you and offer the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel.
If we’re unable to contact you, we’ll consider the order canceled. In the event of cancellation after payment, you’ll receive a full refund.

Delivery costs may be charged based on order value, delivery option, or address. Additional charges will be clearly displayed during checkout and included in the ‘Total Cost.’

Expiration dates vary based on browsing country. TrendyKool may cancel vouchers due to suspected fraud or misuse.
