These Voucher Terms and Conditions (“Voucher Terms”) govern the purchase, redemption, and use of vouchers (“Vouchers”) issued by TrendyKool (“we,” “us,” “our”) through our website, Trendykool (the “Site”). By purchasing, accepting, or using a Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Voucher Terms, as well as our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
- “Voucher” refers to a digital or electronic voucher, also known as a gift card or e-gift card, issued by us that holds a specific monetary value for redemption on the Site.
- “Purchaser” is the individual who buys the Voucher.
- “Recipient” is the individual to whom the Voucher is gifted or transferred.
- “You” refers to both the Purchaser and the Recipient.
2. Purchasing a Voucher
- Vouchers can be purchased directly from our Site.
- Vouchers are available in set denominations or as a custom amount, as specified at the time of purchase.
- Payment for the Voucher must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods.
- You will receive an email confirmation upon successful purchase. The Voucher itself, containing a unique code, will be delivered via email to the email address you specify (for yourself or the Recipient).
3. Redemption
3.1. Where Vouchers Can Be Used
The Vouchers issued by TrendyKool are designed to be redeemed at a network of participating third-party merchant websites and platforms (“Partner Merchants”). The Voucher is not redeemable directly on the Trendykool website, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.2. How to Redeem
Redemption processes are determined and controlled by each individual Partner Merchant. Typically, you will enter the Voucher code and/or PIN during the checkout process on the Partner Merchant’s website. It is your responsibility to follow the correct redemption procedure on the third-party platform.
4. Validity and Expiry
- Vouchers are valid for [e.g., 24 months / 2 years] from the date of purchase.
- The expiry date will be clearly stated on the Voucher.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen Voucher codes. Treat your Voucher code like cash.
5. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
- Voucher Purchase: The purchase of a Voucher from Trendykool is final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
- Voucher Redemption (Key Clause): Once a Voucher has been partially or fully redeemed for a purchase on any Partner Merchant’s platform, the used value is irrevocably transferred to that merchant. The redeemed amount is strictly non-refundable by Trendykool and cannot be credited back to the Voucher under any circumstances.
- Returns to a Partner Merchant: If you return a product purchased with the Voucher from a Partner Merchant, the handling of the refund is entirely governed by that merchant’s return policy. Refunds for returns are typically issued as store credit or a replacement item by the Partner Merchant. Under no circumstances will Trendykool provide a cash refund or reimburse the value onto a new voucher for a return processed by a third-party merchant.
6. Limitations and Liability
- Vouchers are the property of Trendykool.
- We are not responsible for Vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged, or deleted, or if the Voucher is used without your permission.
- We reserve the right to void a Voucher and/or seek compensation for any damages if we suspect fraud, misuse, or a violation of these terms.
- The sale of Vouchers by third parties is prohibited without our express written consent.
- We reserve the right to correct the balance of a Voucher if we believe that a billing error has occurred.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Voucher Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our Site. Your continued use of a Voucher after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Voucher Terms.
